Anson is a director based in Salt Lake City, Utah. His lifelong passion for film was born of a childhood spent in the rural mountain west, wandering and devouring books, music, and movies. He worked his way up from 2nd AC, worked as a DP for 7 years, and now directs brand, doc and TV work. He is known for an emotive, ephemeral style, with a strong sense of place. As a director, he has won over 20 major film festival awards, including the Grand Prize and 3 other awards at Banff 2011, Grand Prize at New Zealand, The Fowler Award at Telluride, The Camera prizes at Trento and Gratz, and had two narrative short film premieres at major film festivals. Als Filmregisseur inszenierte Hermann „The Fine Art of Separating People from their Money“ mit Dennis Hopper und „The Art of Football“ mit John Cleese, sowie die „Why Are We Creative“-Serie , featuring David Lynch, Quentin Tarantino und viele mehr. 2003 führte Hermann Regie bei „Who Killed the Idea?“, einem Mini-Feature mit Harvey Keitel. 2009 drehte er „Balkan Spirit“, eine Achterbahnfahrt durch die Kreativität Südosteuropas mit Slavoy Zizek und Angelina Jolie. 2014 filmte Hermann „Arteholic“ mit Lars von Trier, in dem Udo Kier uns durch Europas beste Museen führt, sowie “Bra Wars – Hollywood’s Affair with the Bra. From Cleopatra to Princess Leia and Beyond“, mit Fashion-Designern wie Jean-Paul Gaultier, Pornostars wie Cicciolina und dem legendären Regisseur Russ Meyer. Im Jahr 2016 feierte „Dennis Hopper: Uneasy Rider“ beim Filmfest München Premiere. Der Film featured Stars wie Diane Kruger, Wim Wenders, Julian Schnabel, Michael Madsen, Ed Ruscha, Frank Gehry, Kris Kristofferson und Harry Dean Stanton. Hermann Vaske ist Mitglied des Art Directors Club für Deutschland und Mitglied der Europäischen Filmakademie (EFA).

and refusing any computer animations or effects, Susi Sie’s haptic and detailed work is above all a highly personal study of the genuineness, perception and authenticity of things. Susi Sie’s work has been featured by internationally renowned online platforms such as Gizmodo, The Creators Project, This Is Colossal, Motionographer and Arte Creative, has been exhibited around the globe (New York, London, Paris, Rome, Sao Paulo, Norway) and won several Vimeo Staff Picks and awards at international film festivals. She studied video art in Maastricht (2002-2006) and worked in a Cologne-based post production agency (2006-2011). Since 2011 she works as a freelance director, DoP and editor.

Mateus de Paula Santos is the Creative Director and founder of Lobo, a design and animation studio with offices in São Paulo and New York. He graduated in Graphic Design with a penchant for animation and all things motion, and began his career at MTV Brazil. Soon after, Mateus and a couple of friends decided to start their own company, and so Lobo was born. The unique style of the studio’s work caught the attention of the Brazilian advertising market, and it wasn’t long before foreign agencies and clients also started to request work from Lobo. After gathering several awards at festivals like Cannes, Clio, the One Show and D&AD, Mateus and his partners expanded Lobo’s operation into live action territory, setting up a film production company capable of handling all aspects of movie making. Since then Mateus’ work as a live action director proved to be as successful as in the animation front, including awarded spots for global clients like Coca-Cola, Adidas, Volkswagen and Siemens. He also served as a jury and won multiple awards in all the main advertising festivals, including Cannes, D&AD, Ciclope and NY Festivals.
